CONCEPT

制作意図

　1000年前の平安時代、公用語の漢字からひらがなが生まれ新しいコミュニケーションツールとして広まり、枕草子などの女流文学が花開く。
　1000年後の令和の今日、バーチャルな情報技術時代を迎えパソコン文字の反動として、人の温もりを宿した肉筆はオーラを発す。技術がどんなに進歩しようとも、そんな心のこもった漢字に現代の息吹を吹き込み「アート」として、次の1000年後の人々へ伝えたい。

CONCEPT

About 1000 years ago, in the Heian Period, Hiragana(Japanese syllabary characters) was created from Kanji(Chinese Character), which was official language and came from China. Then Hiragana spread as new communication tool and literatures by women, such as “Makuranosoushi – The Pillow Book” – caught on.
Today in Reiwa Period after 1000 years, manuscripts that encapsulate warmth of people radiate auras, as reaction of character in computer in the time of virtual information technology.
While technology has been progressing, I would like to breathe contemporary Period into the warm words and convey themas an art to the people in the next 1000 years.
